Job Summary Lead architectural project supervision by coordinating drawings, managing materials and schedules, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and collaborating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to deliver timely, high-standard construction outcomes. Responsibilities Review, prepare, coordinate, and resolve project specifications and technical issues with clients, consultants, project teams, and subcontractors Coordinate architectural drawings by preparing, submitting, and updating shop drawings to meet project requirements Manage material requisitions, schedule work activities, control costs, supervise projects, and document progress to ensure timely and smooth completion Monitor and enforce quality standards and compliance with safety regulations on site Supervise on-site activities and coordinate effectively with subcontractors to maintain workflow and resolve issues Required competencies and certifications Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering Minimum 3 years of relevant experience supervising architectural works Preferred competencies and qualifications Ability to lead teams and work independently Strong communication skills to interact effectively with all organizational levels and foster teamwork
