Senior Executive/ Lead Executive (Learning & Development)

Coordinate and deliver training programmes and workshops while managing the full L&D lifecycle and Learning Management System. Analyze training data and collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and improve operational efficiency. Preferably 1-2 years of experience in training coordination or L&D with proficiency in LMS and Microsoft Office. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
