Pilates Instructor Responsibilities: · Design and lead engaging and dynamic Pilates classes that cater to varying fitness levels. · Provide personalized attention and adjustments during one-on-one sessions to ensure clients' individual needs are met. · Demonstrate a deep understanding of Pilates principles and a passion for promoting overall well-being. Requirements: · Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience as a Pilates Instructor. · Fully trained in Reformer, Mat, Cadillac, and Chair techniques. · Experienced in conducting both group classes and personalized one-on-one sessions. · Certification in Pilates instruction. · Proven track record of creating a positive and motivating workout environment. · Ability to adapt to different teaching styles to accommodate diverse clientele. · Excellent communication skills to effectively guide and inspire clients.
