Indoor Sales Executive

We provide project and contract management with skilled technical support for repair, service, and maintenance. Job Summary Join Puricare as a Sales Executive to drive new business growth by generating leads, converting prospects, and maintaining strong client relationships in the water dispenser market. Responsibilities Generate new sales by initiating phone calls, emails, and online communications to potential clients Follow up on leads and prospecting enquiries to convert them into confirmed sales Build and sustain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals Conduct cold calls to introduce products and services to new clients effectively Prepare accurate quotations and efficiently process customer orders Achieve monthly sales targets consistently to support business growth Maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM system for effective sales tracking and follow-up Preferred competencies and qualifications Nitec or Diploma in Engineering, Marketing or Business Management Minimum 2-3 years of relevant sales experience Demonstrated "Hunter" mindset with proactive sales approach Excellent communication and negotiation skills applied in sales contexts Proficient in computer use for sales and CRM management Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Previous sales experience considered an advantage Comfortable working in a small and medium enterprise (SME) environment Availability to start immediately is preferred
