Field Service Technician (Immediate)

Job Summary We are looking for a skilled and reliable Field Service Technician to perform on-site installation, repair, and servicing of equipment while ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities Perform on-site installation and commissioning of water dispenser equipment to ensure operational readiness Troubleshoot and repair equipment on-site to resolve technical issues promptly Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections to maintain equipment efficiency Test and verify equipment performance after installation or repairs to ensure quality standards Provide technical support and basic operational training to customers to enhance user experience Prepare and submit detailed service reports and maintenance records for documentation and compliance Follow company procedures and safety standards to ensure safe and effective work practices Coordinate with operations team and customers to schedule and manage service appointments efficiently Maintain service tools, equipment, and spare parts inventory to support uninterrupted service delivery Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support team objectives Required competencies and certifications Possess a valid driving license (Class 2 & 3) to travel to service locations safely and independently Preferred competencies and qualifications Nitec or Diploma in Engineering or a related field Previous experience in field service, equipment installation, maintenance, or repair Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills applied to electrical and electronic systems Good knowledge of electrical and electronic systems relevant to water dispenser equipment Good communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with customers Ability to work independently and manage on-site assignments efficiently Benefits : 5 days work week Basic + Allowance + Incentive
