General Manager

Job Summary Lead and manage restaurant operations to drive business performance, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction while achieving sales and profitability targets. Responsibilities Oversee restaurant operations and monitor business performance to meet strategic goals Develop and implement business strategies that drive sales growth and profitability Manage budgets, control operational costs, and optimize inventory to improve financial outcomes Lead, coach, and develop management and restaurant teams to enhance performance and engagement Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore regulatory requirements, including SFA regulations Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners to support business growth Prepare and present operational and financial reports to senior management for informed decision-making Preferred competencies and qualifications Minimum 6 years of experience in the F&B industry, including at least 3 years in a management role Experience managing Japanese cuisine or Japanese restaurant operations Ability to work weekends and public holidays as required
