IT Support Executive (Contract)

Company Overview Quantum is a Singapore-headquartered regional HR consultancy providing tailored HR solutions including manpower outsourcing and business process outsourcing services. Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Executive to provide operational and administrative support to our Clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting IT systems, end-user services, vendor coordination, procurement activities, and departmental initiatives. Responsibilities Provide technical support to new onboarding employees Supporting FIS SharePoint lists and Power BI dashboards (design, creation, updates, and maintenance) Raising Shopping Carts, PR/PO tracking, and GRN(requiring basic Ariba and SAP skills) Handling new user onboarding (documentation preparation, orientation/NDA, coordinating ID badges with security and hiring manager) Supporting mobile users (port-in/out, device orders, repairs, upgrades, eSIM) Managing telco changes or contract renewals(MSA), including migration project coordination Organising departmental events (planning, communications, budgeting, collections, payments, logistics, presentation materials, and post-event activities such as photo/video editing and surveys) Requirements Diploma in Information Technology, or a related discipline. 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in IT support, IT administration, or a similar role. Working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint and Power BI. Basic experience with SAP and Ariba procurement processes is preferred. Familiarity with mobile device management Good communication skills with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders at all levels. Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through in task execution.
