Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage end to end PeopleSoft implementation projects from initiation through go live • Engage business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements and perform fit gap analysis • Design and propose optimal PeopleSoft solutions aligned with business and regulatory needs • Oversee PeopleSoft application upgrades, PeopleTools upgrades, and database migrations/conversions • Coordinate with cross functional teams including functional consultants, developers, DBAs, and business stakeholders • Provide leadership and direction to onsite and offshore technical and functional teams • Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across all project phases • Review and validate system design, configurations, and customizations • Ensure adherence to PeopleSoft best practices, architecture standards, integration, and security • Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and ensure smooth production deployment • Provide post implementation support and recommend continuous improvements Key Requirements • 10+ years of PeopleSoft techno functional experience • Proven experience delivering end to end PeopleSoft implementations • Strong expertise in: • PeopleSoft Application & PeopleTools upgrades • Database migration and conversion projects • Integration with third party systems • Solid functional knowledge in one or more modules: • HCM • Campus Solutions • FSCM • Strong fit gap analysis and solution design capability • Demonstrated leadership experience managing onsite and offshore teams • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills • Prior experience in client facing consulting roles • Experience delivering projects in Singapore or the APAC region • Work Exposure to cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS, or Azure • Knowledge of PeopleSoft security, performance tuning, and integration tools Disclaimer: The company is committed to ensuring the privacy and securityof your information.
