Project Manager (Experience In .Net (C#/Vb), Application Development, Project Management)

Salary: Up to SGD 8800/ month Required Skillsets 1) Technical Exposure • Strong hands on experience in .NET (C#/VB) application development, covering web, desktop, and distributed enterprise systems • Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server, including database design, stored procedures, performance tuning, and data analysis • Ability to learn, support, and enhance commercial off the shelf (COTS) applications • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems • Champion adoption of AI assisted development using tools such as GitHub Copilot (VS Code) to improve productivity, reusability, and code quality • Leverage AI driven structured prompting for code refactoring, modernization, prototyping, and automated unit test generation • Integrate AI tools into daily development workflows while maintaining rigorous code review, validation, and security standards 2) Design & Architecture / Business Analytics Exposure • Design and implement modular, scalable application frameworks (e.g. generic CRUD services or mini ORM architectures) • Solid experience in 3 tier architecture (UI / DAL / Database) and secure application design, including authentication and data protection • Strong ability to understand end to end application processes and integrated logic, translating business requirements into technical solutions • Coordinate effectively with vendors, business stakeholders, and cross functional internal teams • Drive delivery execution, task delegation, and knowledge transfer within the team 3) Production Support & Operations • Manage incident resolution, root cause analysis, and time critical production issues • Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams on technology refresh, compliance upgrades, and DR exercises • Support audit, regulatory compliance, and security risk assessments • Analyse transactions, workflows, and ETL processes to resolve issues caused by inconsistent or incomplete data • Provide on site branch support when required for application or integration related issues 4) Documentation & Processes • Produce and maintain high quality documentation, including: o Functional and technical specifications o URS and BRD documents o Test cases, cutover and implementation plans o Operational procedures and compliance tracking • Familiar with Devops, JIRA, and GitHub repositories within structured SDLC and change management processes 5) Project Management • Plan, execute, and deliver projects within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets • Coordinate cross functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations • Proactively track risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation and escalation plans • Provide regular status reporting and ensure governance, quality controls, and formal sign offs are achieved Best regards, Kshama Warange EA License Number: 23C2060 | EA Registration ID: R26161060 Quess Selection & Services, Singapore Disclaimer: The company is committed to ensuring the privacy andsecurity of your information.
