Technical Writer (West / Up $6000 / Office Hours)

Details: Location: Near Kent Ridge MRT (Office will be relocated to Tampines after approximately 1 year) Salary: $4,000 – $6,000 per month (based on experience) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Job Overview: We are looking for a Technical Writer to create and maintain clear, accurate, and user-friendly technical documentation. You will work closely with engineers and subject matter experts to develop user guides, manuals, and work instructions for customers and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Create, edit, and maintain technical documents, user manuals, and work instructions. Work with engineers and subject matter experts to gather technical information. Ensure documentation is accurate, consistent, and follows company standards. Review and update documents whenever products or processes change. Manage multiple documentation projects and meet project deadlines. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Technical Writing, Engineering, English, Communications, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in technical writing. Strong written communication skills and attention to detail. Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Experience with DITA/XML, Adobe FrameMaker, Arbortext Editor, MadCap Flare, Snagit, and Microsoft Office is an advantage.
