Production Training Coordinator (East/Up To $3800/1 Year Contract)

Responsibilities: Conduct hands-on OJT and coaching on manufacturing processes, standard procedures, workmanship, and safety practices. Identify skill gaps and training needs through competency assessments and OJT evaluations. Coach new hires to accelerate Time-to-Contribution (TTC) within the first 12 weeks. Perform workmanship observations, audits, and provide feedback to improve quality and productivity. Champion 6S practices and support continuous improvement initiatives. Work with Line Leads to develop training plans and improve employee capabilities. Support production activities such as product build and testing based on business needs. Requirements: Diploma / Associate Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline. 3–5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in cleanroom manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or precision engineering preferred. Experience in OJT, coaching, mentoring, or training production staff is an advantage. Good understanding of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and safety practices. Willing to work shifts, overtime, and support business requirements.
