About this role

Role Overview The Workspace Technology Engineer is responsible for supporting, maintaining, and improving end-user workspace technologies within the organization. This role is expected to work independently on day-to-day operations while contributing to design, improvement, and project initiatives Key Responsibilities: End-User Computing & Device Management Manage device lifecycle activities including provisioning, patching, upgrades, and decommissioning Administer endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Workspace & Collaboration Technologies Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Assist with collaboration and productivity tool enhancements Support virtual desktop or remote access solutions (e.g. AVD, VDI) where applicable Security & Compliance Implement and maintain endpoint security controls such as BitLocker, Defender, and compliance policies Support identity and access management using Entra ID (Azure AD), MFA, and Conditional Access Ensure workspace environments meet internal security, audit, and compliance requirements Required Skills & Experience Technical Skills Strong experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 Hands-on experience in Intune, and SCCM (Mandatory) Hands-on experience in Virtual environment (VDI/AVD) (Mandatory) Working knowledge of Entra ID (Azure AD), Group Policy, and endpoint security controls Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes Experience 3–5 years of experience in Workspace role Experience supporting enterprise or corporate IT environments Exposure to audit, compliance, or regulated environments is an advantage Preferred / Nice-to-Have Microsoft certifications related to Modern Workplace or Endpoint Management Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools Exposure to automation, VDI, or zero-trust security models QUESSCORP SINGAPORE PTE.
