About this role

Role Purpose Support project teams in administering contracts and managing commercial/claims activities across multidisciplinary, multinational project environments. The role requires atleast 5 years of industry experience and who learns quickly, follows structured guidance, and collaborates effectively across diverse teams and disciplines. Key Responsibilities Track and maintain contract registers, obligations, deliverables, and milestones; ensure timely notifications. Review, negotiate and finalize Terms and Conditions of Client Contract and Vendor Purchase Orders Assist in drafting contractual correspondence with clear, concise English. Liaise across Engineering, Procurement, Project Controls, and Site teams to consolidate inputs. Gather facts and documents to analyze contractual and commercial claims. Support preparation of claims narratives, quantification, and supporting evidence. Monitor costs, risks, and opportunities and maintain commercial trackers. Prepare meeting notes and follow-ups; maintain documentation quality. Apply company contract management standards, templates, and controls. Qualifications & Experience 5 years in contract administration, commercial support or handling of claims, and analysis of Terms and Conditions of Contract. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline. Experience in the energy sector (O&G, power generation, EPC/EPCM) is an added advantage. Proficiency in English; able to draft contractual letters and interpret contract clauses. Ability to negotiate Terms and Conditions of customer and Vendor contracts Strong MS Office and SharePoint skills. Core Competencies Fast learner: able to grasp new concepts quickly and follow structured instructions. Effective team-player in diverse, cross-functional, multinational environments. Analytical thinker able to interpret contractual language and connect facts to commercial outcomes. Contractual acumen Clear and concise written communication; professional email and documentation skills. Strong organizational skills; maintain accurate records and trackers. Employment Details Contract Duration: 24 months, extendable based on performance and project need. Location: Singapore. Mobility: Occasional business travel might be necessary.
