Project & Events Executive

QuikBot Technologies is a Singapore-based robotics and smart infrastructure company developing autonomous delivery and robotics infrastructure solutions for commercial buildings, business parks, smart precincts and urban environments. We are looking for a proactive, organised and hands-on Project & Events Executive to support the planning and execution of technology deployments, customer demonstrations, industry events, training programmes and operational projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Travelling within Singapore is expected, and occasional overseas travel may be required depending on project requirements. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination Coordinate day-to-day project activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Support project managers in planning, scheduling and monitoring project progress. Liaise with customers, contractors, vendors, landlords and internal departments. Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, meeting minutes and project updates. Coordinate procurement, logistics and inventory required for project implementation. Track project timelines, deliverables and action items. Assist in onsite deployment activities when required. Event Planning & Management Plan and organise product launches, demonstrations, exhibitions, conferences, workshops and customer engagement events. Coordinate venue bookings, event logistics and equipment transportation. Liaise with event organisers, suppliers and service providers. Prepare event schedules, registration materials and presentation resources. Support setup and teardown of exhibition booths and demonstration areas. Coordinate visitor management during events. Ensure events are delivered professionally and within budget. Travelling may be required Operational Support Assist with scheduling field engineers and deployment teams.
