Operations Executive

Job Summary You will coordinate daily shipping operations, liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure timely cargo collection and smooth order processing from vessel arrival to departure, handle shipping documentation, and support ad-hoc tasks as needed. Responsibilities Coordinate daily shipping operations and activities to ensure efficient workflow Liaise with client suppliers to arrange timely cargo collection Communicate with customers and suppliers to manage orders and shipping schedules Monitor and ensure smooth execution of job orders from vessel arrival to departure Prepare and handle accurate shipping documentation Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team operations Manage work schedule including 5.5 days per week with flexibility to work after office hours when required Preferred competencies and qualifications Proficient in using MS Office to support shipping coordination tasks Demonstrate strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and operations Exhibit teamwork skills and a willingness to learn to contribute effectively to the team Previous working experience in shipping or logistics is preferred but not mandatory Other Information Benefits 14 days Annual leave Variable Bonus Staff Medical and Insurance Please apply job via CareerFuture here.
