Claims Senior / Officer

Responsibilities: Check data entry processes to ensure compliance with minimal error Assessment of claims in accordance with policy contract and guidelines and approved within the authority limit given Verify claims / reports and ensure accuracy in them Ensuring emails and telephone call enquiries are well-managed and respond in a timely manner as per KPI Ensuring claim settlement is concluded within the agreed Turnaround Time (TAT). Responsible for follow up with the end-users ie, policyholders, medical institutions and financial advisers on all issues relating to a claim with the aim of obtaining adequate information to make a decision. Analysis workflow processes and streamline when necessary for efficiency Look into enhancement of existing system and participate in IT discussion/ UAT testing Train junior staff Any other projects assigned as and when required Requirements: Meticulous and detailedat work Analytical Positive and objectivemindset Innovative and Problem Solver Able to Lead Team Good verbal and written communication skills Able to work independently and fast learner Able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tightdeadline in a fast-paced environment Strong customer oriented Team player Must be familiarwith Microsoft Office applications (Excel,Word and Power Point) Degree holders (preferably with minimum 3 years of related work experience in the insurance industry preferably experience with handling Shield Insurance / Group Insurance. Fresh graduates may also apply.
