3 Months Contract Claims Support $2K (Eaa)

Job Responsibilities: Handle claims registration for Life Insurance and General Insurance Personal Lines within the required turnaround time and ensure that claims are registered accurately in the system. Handle screening of bills/supporting documents to verify policy information and status. Support claim officers in the requisition for payments on approved claims. Liaise with claimants, policyholders and agents on outstanding requirements, including sending acknowledgement emails and attending to escalated claims enquiries. Build collaborative relationships with internal and external key stakeholders. Suggest and participate in process improvement projects, initiatives and system enhancements, including establishing claims best practices. Any other ad-hoc projects assigned by the supervisor. Job Requirements: NITEC/Diploma in any discipline Able to work OT if required Strong analytical, written and communication skills. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
