Supervise and lead a team of beauty professionals, ensuring high service standards and team collaboration. Develop and implement marketing strategies, including digital marketing campaigns, to enhance brand presence and attract new clients to increase sale revenue. Conduct live streaming sessions on social media platforms to promote services, engage with customers, and build brand awareness. Maintain inventory, oversee scheduling, and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards. Foster excellent customer relationships, addressing client feedback and ensuring a positive experience. Business expansion planning and implementation. Create Franchising concept. Requirements: Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing a beauty spa that offers wellness program, beauty services , TCM treatment , facial treatments, waxing, and hair spa services. Proven expertise in conducting live streaming and utilizing social media for marketing purposes. Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple responsibilities.
