TCM Wellness Consultant

RoyalWay TCM is looking for a responsible, well-presented and service-oriented Front Desk Consultant / TCM Wellness Consultant to join our team. Job Responsibilities: - Welcome customers and provide professional front desk service - Manage customer appointments, bookings and daily follow-ups - Understand customers’ wellness needs and recommend suitable TCM wellness treatments - Introduce treatment packages, membership plans and promotional offers - Assist with sales consultation, customer relationship management and after-sales service - Handle payment collection, customer records and basic administrative duties - Maintain a clean, professional and welcoming reception environment - Coordinate with therapists and the management team to ensure smooth daily operations - Support the team in achieving monthly service and sales targets Job Requirements: - Experience in customer service, front desk, beauty, wellness, spa, TCM or sales is preferred - Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers - Friendly, patient, responsible and service-oriented - Well-groomed with a positive working attitude - Able to work in a fast-paced environment - Willing to learn about TCM wellness treatments and customer consultation - Sales-driven and comfortable with achieving performance targets - Able to work on weekends and public holidays when required We Offer: - Basic salary, commission and performance incentives - Professional training provided - Career growth opportunities - Supportive team environment - Premium TCM wellness environment located in Orchard
