Contracts Executive

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Contracts Executive to join our team remotely . The ideal candidate will possess 10–15+ years of proven experience in securing and managing construction and renovation projects, particularly for HDB, condominium, and private residential properties. You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, preparing competitive tenders, building long-term client relationships, and driving project acquisition. Applicants with prior experience in established and reputable renovation or construction companies in Singapore are highly encouraged to apply. 1. Key Responsibilities Identify, source, and secure construction and renovation projects for HDB, condominium, and private residential properties. Monitor and actively participate in project tenders, quotations, and bidding opportunities. Prepare tender submissions, cost proposals, and contract documentation with accuracy and attention to detail. Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with property owners, developers, main contractors, consultants, interior designers, and other industry stakeholders. Leverage existing industry networks to generate new business opportunities and project leads. Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and commercial agreements with clients and business partners. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover after successful contract awards. Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and stay updated on industry trends. Achieve business development targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth. 2. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building, Architecture, or a related discipline. Minimum 10–15 years of relevant experience in contract management, tendering, and business development within the construction or renovation industry. Proven experience in securing and bidding for HDB, condominium, and private residential renovation/construction projects in Singapore. Previous employment with established or reputable renovation or construction companies is highly preferred. Strong understanding of Singapore construction contracts, tender procedures, and project costing. Well-established network with property developers, consultants, main contractors, interior designers, property management companies, and prospective clients. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve business development targets in a remote work environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with tendering and project management software is an advantage. Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license and own transport is an added advantage for client meetings and site visits.
