Job Summary The Kitchen Assistant supports chefs and cooks by preparing food, managing kitchen inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations to deliver high-quality meals safely. Responsibilities Support chefs and cooks by preparing ingredients and assisting in meal production to ensure timely service Manage kitchen inventory by monitoring stock levels and organizing supplies to maintain smooth kitchen operations Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by cleaning work areas and equipment to comply with safety standards Coordinate workflow during service to help deliver meals efficiently and safely Perform additional kitchen tasks as assigned to support overall kitchen functions Requirements Minimum 2 years of kitchen cook experience Familiarity of basic Chinese cooking techniques Understand and adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations. Team player and good communication skills.
