Candidates must have 8+ years in SRE/DevOps/Software Engineering, including at least 3 years in people management, with a proven track record leading distributed SRE teams. Deep expertise in cloud platforms (GCP preferred), containerization (Kubernetes), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), and observability tools is required.
