Take on a techno-functional leadership role, driving business requirements, solution design, and delivery governance across major enterprise Salesforce platforms and customer experience initiatives. Lead client discovery workshops, scoping sessions, and requirements gathering to analyze sales, marketing, and customer service processes. Translate complex business requirements into scalable user stories, detailed process flows, functional designs, and robust solution architectures. Architect end-to-end ecosystems across Salesforce platforms, defining data models, integration touchpoints, and automated customer journeys. Provide technical leadership and quality assurance for developers and consultants, ensuring alignment with global architecture standards. Support pre-sales activities, including effort estimation, technical proposals, client presentations, and delivery risk management frameworks. skills and experience required. At least 10 years of professional experience in Salesforce consulting, system integration, or techno-functional solution architecture roles. Deep functional expertise across at least two major Salesforce products, with a strong preference for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud . Proven track record of independently leading business requirement documents (BRDs), functional design documents (FDDs), and solution designs (SDDs). Experience heading technical delivery teams of at least 5 members through the full implementation lifecycle.
