The firm fosters a collaborative work environment and provides opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic and international setting. about the job: Joining the regional IT Service Management unit, this position plays a critical role in supporting technology governance, service readiness, and vendor risk oversight across regional application management teams. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing the lifecycle of external technology service providers, ensuring robust risk assessments (covering cybersecurity, operational resilience, and data protection), and monitoring service level performance. Partnering with risk and compliance teams to align technology operations with relevant regional financial regulations and guidelines (such as MAS and HKMA frameworks). Managing internal control processes within Service Management, coordinating audit deliverables, and driving continuous improvement to resolve operational gaps. Supporting regional IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) exercises, reviewing non-functional requirements for new projects, and assisting with application batch automation and scheduling requirements. skills and experience required: Experience in technology risk, third-party risk management (TPRM), or IT vendor governance within the financial services sector. Familiarity with regional regulatory standards governing technology risk management and outsourcing in Asia-Pacific (e.g., MAS, HKMA guidelines). Good understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks (such as ITIL), IT risk controls, cybersecurity basics, and IT service continuity processes. Relevant industry certifications (such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or CTPRP) or advanced ITIL certifications are advantageous. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills, with a structured approach to solving complex problems and coordinating across cross-functional teams.
