As a critical member of the Global IT Resiliency team, you will drive the end-to-end coordination and execution of disaster recovery testing across diverse business applications and infrastructure platforms. Lead the planning and governance of comprehensive IT disaster recovery exercises for regional and global data centers. Partner with technical engineering leads and product owners to define and refine recovery requirements. Facilitate workshops to capture technical recovery needs and integrate them into comprehensive runbooks. Provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams to improve disaster recovery plans and overall system readiness. Monitor and report on IT resiliency maturity while ensuring alignment with global risk and change control processes. skills and experience required. Minimum of 5 years of IT experience specifically within the banking or financial services industry. Proven track record in the hands-on execution of IT disaster recovery testing and business continuity management.
