About the job Act as the primary technical point of contact for troubleshooting system and network issues to maintain maximum service availability. Partner with various business units to translate operational needs into scalable technical infrastructure solutions. Provide high-level technical mentorship and guidance to junior engineering staff. Serve as the primary technical lead for regional infrastructure projects, providing guidance to local teams and managing global integrations. Facilitate technical discussions and service implementations with external vendors and regional stakeholders. Skills and experience required As a successful applicant, you will have at least 2 years of experience in System / Server or network). IT procurement experience will be of added advantage.
