Coordinate with internal teams to investigate and resolve client inquiries and operational issues efficiently. Manage the full account opening lifecycle while maintaining accurate client data and reporting for compliance. Ensure all transactions and activities comply strictly with regulatory requirements and internal banking policies. Support the Relationship Management team by performing ad hoc duties as needed to enhance client service delivery. skills and experience required Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Finance or a related field. 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Private Banking or Wealth Management. Completion of CACS Papers 1 & 2 is advantageous. Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is required, as you will manage business communications and handle financial documentation for a dedicated portfolio of Mandarin-speaking clients.
