Develop and implement robust trading strategies while actively managing trading positions, market exposures, and derivatives hedging within approved risk parameters. Originate, negotiate, and structure physical purchase and sales transactions, aggressively expanding the company’s portfolio of global suppliers and end-users. Continuously monitor and analyze global macroeconomic trends, supply-demand fundamentals, freight markets, and regulatory shifts to capture emerging arbitrage opportunities. Mentor, guide, and scale the trading team, establishing clear performance metrics and fostering a high-performance, entrepreneurial, and collaborative culture.
