Direct the complete project lifecycle commercial management, focusing on pre-contract risk reduction, post-contract expenditure monitoring, and complex claims mitigation. Supervise the comprehensive evaluation of tendering documentation to isolate financial liabilities and structure robust cost analysis for corporate bidding submissions. Manage industrial variations registers, analyze extensions of time, and conduct forensic assessments of loss and expense or liquidated damage submissions. Formulate detailed cash flow projections, track regional budget allocations, and implement rigorous cost control measures to maintain target financial margins. Align commercial strategy with field operations by advising cross-functional project teams on contract interpretations and the financial impacts of scope variations. skills and experience required. Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant fields. 10 years experience in commercial operations or contract management, with at least 5 years operating at a management tier.
