Participate in project briefings to record, draft, and distribute meeting minutes and action trackers. Oversee the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding process for project team members, managing IT access and hardware deployment. Provide necessary physical escorts for team members inside secure and restricted areas. Organize, track, and maintain the central project database and file repositories. Coordinate with facility operations and security personnel regarding site access, visitor scheduling, and building maintenance. Monitor progress and secure authorizations for pending internal administrative requests. Manage operational logistics for corporate events and internal meetings, including venue scheduling and technical setups. Executive miscellaneous operational and administrative tasks to support ongoing project needs. Skills & Requirements Proven experience in project coordination, team administration, or office operations. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in record-keeping. Excellent communication skills for effective cross-departmental coordination. Ability to handle security clearances and follow strict operational protocols.
