about the job Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of regional Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and sustainability programs across the Asia-Pacific region Champion corporate sustainability goals, focusing on energy conservation, waste minimization, and progress toward Net Zero emissions Ensure regional facilities maintain compliance with ISO certifications, local occupational health regulations, and necessary project environmental permits Track, analyze, and report leading and lagging HSE performance indicators to support data-informed business decisions Serve as the regional subject matter expert and system administrator for HSE digital software platforms, compliance tools, and audit resources skills and experience required Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Safety Science, Occupational Health, or a related technical field Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in a manufacturing HSE enviroment Possession of a valid Fire Safety Manager (FSM) Certificate NEBOSH (IGC or Diploma) is strongly preferred.
