Software Engineeer / Prompt Engineer

KEY RESPONSIBILITES (JOB REQUIREMENTS) 1 Solution Design & Development 2 Design and develop high-quality software and/or AI solutions to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency. 3 Evaluate operational feasibility by analyzing requirements, problem definitions, and proposed solutions to ensure alignment with business goals. 4 Study information needs and system workflows by collaborating with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to design effective software solutions. 1 Testing & Deployment 2 Test and deploy software systems by preparing system specifications and adhering to design standards to ensure reliable and scalable solutions. 3 Prepare deployment plans and execute releases to deliver functional systems that meet performance expectations. 1 Documentation &Demonstration 2 Document solutions using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and code comments to support maintainability and knowledge sharing. 3 Demonstrate developed solutions to stakeholders to validate functionality and gather feedback for continuous improvement. JOB REQUIREMENTS/JOB QUALIFICATIONS Technical Skills Strong proficiency in C#, Java, Python, JavaScript or similar languages. Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure is preferred). Proficient in version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automatedtesting. Experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain) preferred. Leadership & Communication Proven experience leading or working with software development teams. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Education Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
