Job Description: Remote Interpreter (US Healthcare Support) Position Type: 6 Months + 12 Months Contract (Renewable / Not Permanent) Work Location: 100% Work from Home (Open to any nationality) Schedule: 5 Days a week (Monday to Friday) | Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off Shift Hours: Permanent Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM) – 9-hour working shift including a 1-hour break. Job Summary This position provides accurate, real-time Over-the-Phone consecutive interpretation in a first-person style. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Provide accurate, real-meaning consecutive interpretation over the phone between healthcare professionals and patients. Manage tone, pace, neutrality, and professional demeanor during live, on-call sessions. Seamlessly filter and translate medical context and conversations without altering the original meaning or adding personal opinions. Handle urgent, stressful, or sensitive medical calls with absolute composure. Ensure strict compliance with global privacy, data protection, and medical confidentiality standards. Requirements, Skills, and Abilities Education: High School Graduate, SPM, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree holders. Experience: Open to all experience ranges (0 to 5 years). We welcome fresh graduates/freshers, experienced translators/interpreters, or Customer Service/BPO professionals.
