Salary Package *Basic Salary: S$3,000 *Standby Allowance: S$200 *KPI Performance Incentive: Up to S$300/month *Gross Salary: Up to S$3,500/month *Employer CPF Contributions *Total Employment Package Worth Over S$4,000/month Benefits *Company vehicle available for operational duties (subject to operational requirements) *Take-home vehicle for standby duties (where assigned) *Company-paid business parking & ERP *Business charging/fuel covered *company phone provided *Annual performance review *Career progression opportunities *Professional training and development *Annual leave, medical leave and public holiday benefits * Key Responsibilities *Manage daily manpower deployment. *Arrange relief officers for absences. *Conduct site inspections. *Supervise and coach security officers. *Respond to operational incidents. *Attend client meetings. *Conduct new site takeovers. *Prepare operational and incident reports. *Work closely with the 24/7 Command Centre. *Ensure compliance with company SOPs. Requirements Mandatory *Singapore Citizen or PR. *Valid Class 3 or Class 3A Driving License preferred.. *Able to travel across Singapore. *Willing to participate in an operational standby roster. *Good communication and interpersonal skills. *Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office). *Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently. Preferred *Security industry experience. *Deployment or rostering experience. *Security Supervisor (PWM) certification. *Former SAF, SPF, SCDF or Auxiliary Police experience. *Experience handling incidents and client management.
