Hygiene Officer

About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Executive to join our F&B team. You will play a vital role in ensuring that all our products and processes meet the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality. Key Responsibilities: Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, NEA, SFA). Conduct regular hygiene and safety audits across outlets and central kitchen. Inspect raw materials, finished products, and storage conditions . Monitor temperature records , pest control activities, and sanitation schedules. Maintain QA documentation , audit reports, and corrective action records. Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to address quality issues. Support and train staff on food safety and hygiene practices . Prepare for and assist during SFA inspections and license renewals . Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field . Minimum 2–3 years of QA experience in the F&B or food manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, and GMP standards . Familiar with SFA/NEA regulations . Meticulous, organized, and a good team player. Proficient in MS Office. Food Hygiene & Safety Cert, Level 4.
