About Us We are a Singapore-based third-party cold chain logistics company specialising in chiller and freezer freight forwarding, and dedicated vehicle-with-driver contracts for the food and beverage industry. Role Summary We are looking for an experienced and organised Logistics Supervisor to oversee our daily delivery operations. You will be the link between our drivers, clients, and management — ensuring every delivery runs on time, on route, and to the standard our clients expect. You will also serve as a reserve driver when required, stepping in during emergencies or when drivers are unavailable. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage a team of delivery drivers; monitor attendance, conduct, and performance. Address day-to-day issues promptly to maintain fleet readiness. Liaise with clients to understand their delivery requirements, communicate schedules, and resolve service issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner. Plan and optimise daily delivery routes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Adjust routes in real time to accommodate changes, traffic conditions, or urgent orders. Oversee loading, scheduling, and dispatch of vehicles. Ensure compliance with cold chain and food safety requirements during transit, and maintain accurate delivery records. Prepare and maintain daily delivery logs, driver reports, and operations summaries for management review. Support billing verification and incident documentation. Step in as a reserve driver during emergencies or driver absences to ensure uninterrupted delivery operations. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transport operations, or a related field Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence (mandatory) Experience supervising a team of drivers or field staff preferred Strong communication skills — able to coordinate between drivers, clients, and management Proficient in route planning and basic use of GPS or fleet tracking tools Able to work independently and respond calmly under pressure Knowledge of cold chain or food logistics is an advantage Singaporean, Singapore PR, or valid work pass holder What We Offer Competitive monthly salary of S$2,300 – S$2,800 (commensurate with experience) Stable, full-time role with a growing cold chain logistics company Career growth opportunity as we expand our fleet and client base How to Apply Send your resume and a brief introduction to: Email: operations@razvogue.com Phone: 98569623
