Admissions Operations & Enrolment Manager

ROLE We are seeking an experienced Admissions Operations & Enrolment Manager to lead the operational delivery of our admissions and enrolment journey. Reporting to the Director of Admissions & Family Experience, you will oversee enquiry management, admissions administration, enrolment and registrar services, and admissions events, ensuring every family receives a seamless, professional and welcoming experience from first contact through to their child's first day at school. Key Responsibilities Lead and enhance the end-to-end admissions operations process. Manage enquiry handling, visitor experience and service standards across all touchpoints. Oversee admissions administration, assessments, interviews and offer management. Lead enrolment and registrar processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and exceptional service. Plan and execute admissions events including Open Houses, Information Sessions, Campus Tours and Orientation programmes. Coach and develop the Admissions Operations team while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. Manage CRM and student information systems to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Hospitality, Operations Management or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in admissions, student administration, customer service or operations management. Proven track record leading operational teams and improving processes. Experience with CRM and Student Information Systems (SIS) preferred. Strong organisational, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
