Job Summary The Business Development Manager will drive strategic partnerships and corporate relationships to grow the school’s brand, enrollment, and revenue through value-added programs, sponsorships, and collaborations. Responsibilities Identify and secure corporate partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations that align with the school’s mission to support growth and sustainability Develop and implement a corporate engagement strategy to enhance enrollment, branding, and revenue generation Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporates, chambers of commerce, industry associations, and key stakeholders Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to deliver mutual benefits and measurable outcomes Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, and Academic teams to design corporate-linked programs such as scholarships, CSR initiatives, training, and internship pathways Represent the school at networking events, conferences, and corporate functions to expand business opportunities Monitor market and industry trends to identify and pursue new business opportunities Track, analyze, and report partnership performance and ROI to senior leadership for informed decision-making Preferred competencies and qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Minimum 5–7 years of experience in corporate business development, B2B sales, or partnerships Proven success in securing corporate sponsorships, partnerships, or strategic alliances Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills demonstrated in professional settings Ability to build and sustain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers Experience in education, services, or CSR-related industries Entrepreneurial mindset wi…
