Admissions Operations Executive

ROLE RD American School is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Admissions Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our Admissions & Family Experience team. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for prospective families, managing admissions administration, enrolment documentation, CRM updates, event coordination, and front-of-house services. JOBRESPONSIBILITIES Deliver a warm, professional experience for prospective families and visitors. Support admissions and enrolment administration from enquiry to onboarding. Maintain accurate records in CRM and Student Information Systems (SIS). Coordinate admissions interviews, assessments, and documentation. Support Open Houses, school tours, and admissions events. Manage inventory, procurement requests, and general departmental administration. Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service standards. REQUIREMENTS Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Education, or a related field. At least 2 years' experience in administration, customer service, reception, or admissions support. Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Experience with CRM and SIS platforms is an advantage. Detail-oriented, proactive, and customer focused.
