Operation Executive

Job Objective To manage and ensure the smooth running of Pandan night Collection’s operations, with a focus on collection activities, coordination, and issue resolution during night shifts. Oversee MRF and Envotek night Operations and ensure operational continuity To operate weighbridge operation and coordinate with MRF plant night operations To coordinate ad-hoc and urgent recovery services (Engineering / MRF plant) Oversee the safety and night operations of Pandan facilities Core Responsibilities Oversee and manage night Collection’s operations at Pandan Monitor daily operational performance and ensure adherence to procedures Attend to duty phone calls and respond promptly to operational issues Arrange for support, manpower, or assistance when required Coordinate with drivers, supervisors, and relevant teams to resolve operational challenges Prepare and submit basic operational reports and updates Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational guidelines To manage daily weighbridge and MRF plant night operations Conduct waste audit and generate reports (bulky waste and unacceptable waste) Conduct inventory check and stocktake for closing reporting Key Job-Specific Competency Requirements Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic data entry, tracking, and reporting) Ability to understand and manage various Collection’s operations Good problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work independently during night shifts Clear communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders Responsible, reliable, and able to handle pressure during operational issues Key Result Areas Smooth and uninterrupted night Collection’s operations Timely resolution of operational issues and incidents Accurate reporting and documentation of night activities Minimal operational delays or disruptions Effective coordination and support for night-shift teams
