Client Service - Corporate Banking (1 Year Contract - Convertible To Perm)

Key Responsibilities Client Support Act as main contact for client service Handle inquiries, issues, and requests Follow up on client cases Client Advisory & Transactions Guide clients on banking products and services Support account opening (documents, coordination, meetings) Process account closures and fund transfers Assist with term deposit rates Support transaction processing and tracking Handle statements, advices, fax, and mail Assist with credit checks and loan instructions Support e-banking services (applications, updates, password resets) System & Administration Update and maintain client records in systems Ensure proper follow-up on cases Policies & Reporting Update procedures and manuals Prepare daily and ad-hoc reports Requirements Diploma/Degree with banking operations experience Basic knowledge and experience in commercial / corporate banking products and systems Good communication and teamwork skills Proficient in MS Office R1105492 23C1935
