Quantity Surveyor (Hdb/Condo/Landed Projects)

Assist in preparing bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documentation. Monitor project expenditures and provide regular cost reports. Review and evaluate subcontractor claims and variations. Support senior QS in contract administration. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent At least 3 years’ quantity surveying experience in HDB, Condo, and Landed projects. Knowledge of construction costing, contract management, and procurement. Proficiency in cost management software and reporting tools.
