Create marketing and product materials, including brochures, online content, packaging, and promotional visuals, to strengthen brand presence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align customer service, marketing, and operational efforts with business objectives. Requirements: Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline At least 3 years of customer service experience within consumer electronics. Strong knowledge in gemstones, diamonds, or precision engineering industries. Good communication skills, customer-focused mindset, and ability to work independently or within a team.
