Project Coordinator (Construction, 5.5 Days)

Support end-to-end project coordination, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timelines are met. Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Act as a key point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication. Maintain proper documentation, records, and project files to support tracking and compliance. Assist with budget monitoring, resource planning, and flagging potential risks or delays for timely resolution. Requirements: ITE and above At least 2 years of project coordination, project support experience in the construction industry . Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Good communication skills with experience engaging stakeholders across different levels. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project tracking tools.
