Roles & Responsibilities: Translate demand forecasts and customer orders into executable production plans. Ensure material, labor, and machine capacity plans support delivery targets. Act as the primary planning interface for program management and customer-facing teams. Identify risks related to capacity, materials, or demand volatility and implement mitigation plans. Requirements: Degree in Business or equivalent At least 5 years of experience in production planning or supply chain in aerospace industry. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and advanced planning tools.
