IT Support Engineer (West, Networking / Cybersecurity)

Roles & Responsibilities: Provide technical support via phone, chat, email, and onsite visits, including troubleshooting and fault diagnosis. Coordinate with team members and vendors to resolve complex technical issues. Communicate technical information clearly to non-technical customers. Stay updated on IT and security products, solutions, and industry trends. Requirements: Diploma in IT or equivalent At least 2 years’ hands-on experience in networking or cybersecurity support. Motivated, fast learner, and passionate about technology.
