Architectural Coordinator (LTA, 5.5 days)

Roles & Responsibilities: Assist the team leader in coordinating architectural works, ensuring compliance with design and regulatory requirements. Review drawings, specifications, and technical details, highlighting any discrepancies for resolution. Collaborate with internal teams and manage DAR submissions and approval documentation. Organize and participate in coordination meetings with contractors, LTA, AE, and other stakeholders. Oversee site installations, mock-up inspections, and trade demos to ensure alignment with project standards. Requirements: Diploma in Architecture or equivalent At least 3 years of relevant experience with a main contractor, having handled LTA projects. Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage subcontractors effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
