Paid Media Specialist (E-Commerce, Fashion / Apparel)

Roles & Responsibilities: Create and execute paid media strategies across various online advertising channels such as Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Pinterest Ads, and Tiktok Ads. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure paid media campaigns align with overall marketing and business objectives. Develop and handle paid media campaigns from start to finish, including budget allocation, targeting, and ongoing optimization. Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and give insights to improve Purchases, ROI, CPA, ROAS. Keep abreast with industry trends, changes in algorithms, and new advertising platforms. Requirements: Degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent At least 3 years of experience in handling paid media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, Tiktok Ads, etc.) in an E-Commerce, Fashion/Apparel sector. Strong knowledge in ad campaign setup, optimization, and budget management. Proficient with Google Analytics and A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
