Deliver quality and timely monitoring / testing programs To conduct the review,development and implementation of a risk-based compliance monitoring programme (including surveillance and thematic reviews) To develop tools, aids and reports to facilitate the conduct of monitoring program and improve the quality of assurance output. To ensure timely delivery of planned program through proper scheduling and supervision of progress. To execute and ensure testing scope is sufficient and representative testing has been carried out for independent assurance. Ensure the quality of monitoring reports. Timely completion of the monitoring programme. Complexity of laws,regulations and understanding controls in place to manage regulatory risk. Broad-base understanding of law and regulations required. Collating of information as requested by regulators, Head Office and Senior Management. System and data complexity. Manage and support regulatory,internal or external audit process. Ensure timely and accurate provision of information and responses to queries. Understanding and articulating processes in place, to be able to meet rising regulators’ / auditors/ expectations and demands.
