1 Year Contract Programme Executive (Elderly/ Active Care/ Community) #Hcg

Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, coordinating, and running community programmes and projects. Support the development of partnerships and services with healthcare and community organizations. Monitor project progress to ensure objectives and deadlines are met. Conduct outreach activities and engage seniors in community programmes. Prepare educational and promotional materials. Coordinate and guide volunteers during programme activities. Maintain client records, programme documentation, and reports. Manage stakeholder communications and feedback. Plan staff and volunteer schedules for programme operations. Identify and recommend improvements to programmes and services. Ensure compliance with quality standards and operational procedures. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver programmes effectively. Provide regular programme updates to supervisors. Support other departmental duties and projects as assigned. Requirements Diploma / Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or community care. Able to commit 5.5 days office hours. Require to work on Saturday, half a day Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn.
